Long Description
This cookie board/mould has an angel on one side and a rooster on the other. On the rooster side there is a seal (wax?) and a date that's reads "AD 1572". The wood is very hard and and has a "waxy" feel. The seal features a crown, what I believe is three helmets, a drapery, and other various little things. The text on the seal reads "Pro Fidelitate". If it is repro , it is very well done, and the seal seems to be an unnecessary addition. I'm open to any opinions, and was just curious. Thank you.
