At Instappraisal.com, we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

INFORMATION INSTAPPRAISAL.COM GATHERS AND TRACKS
Instappraisal.com gathers two types of information about users: * Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions to receive our electronic newsletters, to participate in our message boards or forums, to email a friend, and from participation in polls and surveys: * Information Instappraisal.com gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers' needs and to help our advertisers and sponsors better understand the demographics of our audience. Because Instappraisal.com derives its revenue mainly from sponsorships and advertising, providing such aggregated demographic data is essential to keeping our service free to users. Under no circumstances does Instappraisal.com divulge any information about an individual user to a third party. Instappraisal.com Gathers User Information In The Following Processes: Optional Voluntary Information We offer the following free services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users: Privacy Policy Sample The following is a list of different policies which can be edited to remove the parts of the policy that are not needed. You should also add anything to this policy template that you may have on your site.

1. Electronic newsletters policy (Dispatches)
We will offer a free electronic newsletter to users. Instappraisal.com gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.

2. Message boards/forums policy
Users of the site's Message Boards and Forums must register separately for these services (both are free of charge) in order to post messages, although they needn't register to visit the site. During registration the user is required to supply a username, password, and email address. It is STRONGLY recommended that you do not supply your real name for your username!

3. "E-mail this to a friend" policy
Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking "e-mail this to a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.

4. Polling
We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues. Opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user. Instappraisal.com may use a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.

5. Surveys
Instappraisal.com may occasionally conduct user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our sponsors, advertisers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.

6. Privacy Policy Template
The policy clause about children below is becoming more important as it is nearly impossible to tell the age of any visitor. We recommend adding this sample line to all your forms that request information. Children Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.

7. Usage tracking
Instappraisal.com tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Instappraisal.com does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). Instappraisal.com sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

8. Cookies
We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Instappraisal.com uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). Our advertising system delivers a one-time cookie to better track ad impressions and click rates. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site. However, you do need cookies to participate actively in message boards, forums, polling and surveys.

USE OF INFORMATION
Instappraisal.com uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our network of sites, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users. As stated above, we use information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters and to enable users to participate in polls, surveys, message boards, and forums. We send out newsletters to subscribers on a regular schedule (depending on the newsletter), and occasionally send out special editions when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing. Instappraisal.com never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you. We track search terms entered in Search function as one of many measures of what interests our users. But we don't track which terms a particular user enters. Instappraisal.com creates aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for advertisers, sponsors and partners. This allows our advertisers to advertise more effectively, and allows our users to receive advertisements that are pertinent to their needs. Because we don't track the usage patterns of individual users, an advertiser or sponsor will never know that a specific user clicked their ad. We will not disclose any information about any individual user except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

SHARING OF THE INFORMATION
Instappraisal.com uses the above-described information to tailor our content to suit your needs and help our advertisers better understand our audience's demographics. This is essential to keeping our service free. We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

SECURITY
Instappraisal.com operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

OPT-OUT POLICY
We give users options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:

* Opting not to register to receive our electronic newsletters.

* Opting not to participate in certain interactive areas, which completely alleviates the need to gather any personally identifiable information from our users

INSTAPPRAISAL ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
Using Instappraisal is a privilege and not a right. Instappraisal staff and owners reserve the right to choose who may or may not use Instappraisal and thus have the right to delete any content, user accounts, or information as they see fit. As a high-quality antique appraisal and information web site Instappraisal values its good reputation. Accordingly, it is important to us that our customers use our services and the Internet in general, responsibly and courteously. Most of our customers do so and seldom need to refer to our AUP. Nonetheless, the following constitute examples of unacceptable uses of Instappraisal services, which will result in suspension, or termination of the customer's account.

AFFRONTS TO ETIQUETTE
Unacceptable activities include spamming (sending unsolicited advertising to those with which the customer has no existing business relationship, posting off-topic advertising in newsgroups); spoofing (using a return email address which is not the valid reply address of the sender or sending an email message which does not contain enough information to enable the recipient to identify the party who is really sending the message; passive spamming (promoting a web site hosted by Instappraisal by spamming from some other source), trolling (posting controversial messages in newsgroups to generate responses), mailbombing (inundating a user with email without any serious intent to correspond), generating a higher volume of outgoing mail than a normal user (over 10% of available system resources), and subscribing someone else to an electronic mailing list without that person's permission. A message is considered unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a newsgroup charter or sent to a recipient who has not requested the message. Making an email address available to the public does not constitute a request to receive messages. Distribution of mass emailing programs is also prohibited. All recipients on a mailing list must have personally subscribed. Mailing lists may not be used to distributed unsolicited email. Any customer repeatedly "mailbombed" or that attracts such behavior will be asked to leave and charged a sum of $300 equivalent as the same amount under the agreement with our datacenter will be payable by us to them. If you are not sure if your actions will be in violation, please ask first (abuse@Instappraisal.in).

AGE
The client must be 18 years of age to obtain our service.

ABUSE OF THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF OTHERS
Examples of unacceptable activities in this regard include posting private information about a person without their consent, infringing intellectual property rights, defaming a person or business, and knowingly making available code which will have a deleterious effect on third party computers. Instappraisal supports free speech on the Internet, and will not suspend or cancel a customer's account simply because it disagrees with the views expressed by the customer. Where there are allegations that a customer's on-line activity has violated the legal rights of a third party, Instappraisal will not substitute itself for a court of law in deciding tort claims raised by the third party.

ABUSE OF THE LAW
Instappraisal's services may be used for lawful purposes only. Illegality includes but is not limited to: drug dealing; attempting without authorization to access a computer system; pirating (distributing copyrighted material in violation of copyright law, specifically MP3s, MPEG's, ROMs, and ROM emulators); gambling; schemes to defraud; trafficking in obscene material; sending a message or having content that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person; threatening bodily harm or damage to individuals or groups; violating U.S. export restrictions; stalking; or violating other state or federal law of USA such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, or the Economic Espionage Act. Linking to illegal material is also prohibited. Anything violating Indian Laws will also be considered as abuse of our services and the person indulging in the same will be considered totally liable for his acts. On finding this we will discontinue the services immediately and inform the same to the Law enforcement agencies to take care of the situation. This will not arise any liability on Instappraisal or any of its associates, partners or suppliers. Instappraisal reserves the right to check system files, email, and other data on our servers for illegal content and materials, or for any other reasons deemed necessary.

PORNOGRAPHY
Pornography and sex-related merchandising, or links to such material, even if legal, is not an acceptable use of Instappraisal servers.

ABUSE OF INSTAPPRAISAL SERVER RESOURCES
Running programs in the background on a our servers without our prior written authorization, or running chat rooms, Internet Relay Chat, IRC bots, Greeting Cards sites, software downloading sites, more then 1000 emails a day and the like are not acceptable uses of Instappraisal services. Further, any usage of ten percent (10%) or more of our system resources is an undue burden on our system and is unacceptable. If your usage ever exceeds ten percent (10%) of system resources, your account may be terminated immediately and without prior notice. In addition any domain that exceeds ten gigabytes of bandwidth traffic can be terminated without prior notice. Instappraisal can set an additional domain name to be pointed to your site's IP address for Rs.1100 p.a setup fee. Usage of scripts or other utilities to direct pointed domain names to subdirectories is not permitted and is grounds for termination of the account.

HACKING/CRACKING
Instappraisal reserves the right to report illegal activities to any and all regulatory, administrative, and/or governmental authorities for prosecution. The following examples of unacceptable behavior are non-exclusive, and are provided for guidance purposes. If you are unsure if your actions will be a violation of our policies please contact support@instappraisal.com. Server broadcast messages or any message sent on an intrusive basis to any directly or indirectly attached network. Attempt to circumvent any user authentication or security of host, network, or account. Accessing data not intended for user. Probing the security of any network. Spawning dozens of processes. Port scans, ping floods, packet spoofing, forging router information, Denial of Service attacks, sniffers, flooding, spoofing, ping bombing, smurfs, winnuke, land & teardrop. Promulgation of viruses. IRC bots such as eggdrop or BitchX Any activity, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, will be investigated and proper action taken. The presence of any of these programs, whether or not run, will result in action against the user including suspension or termination.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client is responsible for all activity originating from the account unless proven to be a victim of outside hacking or address forgery. The client is responsible for securing their username/password. The client assumes responsibility for all material on their site that may be put on by a third party (such as the usage of Free For All links pages). Use of Instappraisal's service requires a certain level of knowledge in the use of Internet languages, protocols, and software. This level of knowledge varies depending on the anticipated use and desired content of the web space by the client. The client agrees that he or she has the necessary knowledge to create and maintain their web space including use of HTML, CGI, FTP & Email. The client agrees that it is not the responsibility of Instappraisal to provide this knowledge or support outside matter specific to Instappraisal's servers. Support will only be provided to the Company placing the order on us, we shall not support customers of resellers to whom the space is further resold by the reseller. We do not recommend technical support to walkin customers at our office & if the same is required that will have an additional charge of Rs.1500 per hour. Technical support is provided through telephone and emails.

BACKUPS
No guarantees are made of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the integrity of these backups. Backups are made for server restoration purposes only. It is the clients' responsibility to maintain local copies of their web content any information. If loss of data occurs due to an error of Instappraisal, we will attempt to recover the data for no charge to the client but does not guarantee its recovery. If data loss occurs due to negligence of client in securing their account or by an action of the client, Instappraisal will attempt to recover the data from the most recent archive for a Rs.3,500/- fee.

IP NUMBERS
Instappraisal maintains control and any ownership of any and all I.P. numbers and addresses that may be assigned to the client and reserves in its sole discretion the right to change or remove any and all IP numbers and addresses.

RENEWAL OF DOMAINS
We do not send any intimation or notices about domain name renewals except the notices for the expiry of the webspace. Renewal notices for the domain comes directly from the registrar and we stand no guarantee for any domain renewals unless the client pays in advance 15 days prior to the expiry of the domain. In simple words it is the clients onus to check when his domain is expiring and unless he pays well in advance to renew the domain we cannot assure of its renewal. Any facilities / features offered by the registrar with domain booking are beyond our control and thus we cannot give any surety of their operations except that you will definitely get a control panel to manage your domain passwords and change any information related to Registrant, administrative, technical and billing contact in real time.

APPLICABILITY OF INVOICE
Invoice will be applicable on the availability of domain name at the time of Booking and in case we have raised the invoice prior to the booking of domain and the same domain is booked by some one else before we have initiated the registration process on or after the date of the invoice / on or within the billing duration dates, the said invoice will stand cancelled and bring no liability on Instappraisal or any of its associates, employees, members, channel partners and partners.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Instappraisal shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Instappraisal's servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Further, Instappraisal shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site/database from one of Instappraisal's servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service. Instappraisal shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies. Instappraisal reserves the right to terminate an account at any time and for any reason that causes harm to any Instappraisal customer's web sites. Instappraisal reserves the right to delete all content and files upon termination. Instappraisal reserves the right to withhold any pre-paid funds for any site removed for violations of these policies. Instappraisal reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Instappraisal reserves all rights to change/modify/remove or add any of the prices, server features, timely schemes, web sites/other information hosted by any of the customers on our server which is defined as illegal/unsolicited use of our server space or other facilities as and when announced.

ILLEGAL ITEMS AND ITEMS DEEMED TO BE IN "POOR TASTE"
Any items deemed illegal, such as animal trade items (e.g. big game trophies, elephant tusks, ivory, protected species, animal skins, etc.) are not allowed to be posted on Instappraisal. If such items are uploaded to the system they will be deleted as soon as possible and the user who posted such items will be deleted from the Instappraisal system. Ivory items also cannot be posted on Instappraisal regardless of whether they are identified as being "pre-ban" or not. Instappraisal absolutely will not tolerate the illegal trade of animal items. Items that are legal, but are considered to "be in poor taste" are at the discretion of Instappraisal staff whether to be allowed to be posted or not. If you must question whether your item is in good taste or not, it is better to assume that it is not in good taste and to not upload it to the system in the first place.

ABUSIVE CONDUCT
1. Any abuse towards any Instappraisal employee, representative, web site user, etc. will not be tolerated. You are expected to request and respond to posts and other issues in a professional manner. When corresponding with or on Instappraisal refrain from using caps, exclamation points, and other forms of written yelling. Any cursing, yelling, or further intentional disruptive behavior aimed at Instappraisal, it's employees, members, visitors, etc. shall be considered a violation of this Acceptable usage Policy. 2. Any threat, whether verbally, orally, written, or delivered by client/second parties directed towards Instappraisal's partner or any of it's employees, Managers, Consultants, equipment, and concerns shall be construed as a violation of this Acceptable usage Policy. 3. Any conduct viewed as violating this section shall be considered a violation of this Acceptable usage Policy. Instappraisal will be the sole arbitrator in regards to what is deemed a violation. No refunds shall be given when the contents of this section necessitates removal of the account
