Accurate Description of Item
A Print of Yosemite Falls by Earl Daniels
Appraiser Remarks
Earl I. Daniels (1920 - 1999) was active/lived in California, Hawaii. Earl Daniels is known for landscape, coastal scene, still life.
Prints like this are generally of two types, limited edition lithographs or etchings or mass produced "Decorator Prints" sold at Home Decor type outlets and Department Stores. Limited edition examples will be marked , usually hand written with a fractional marking, such as "52/500", which would indicate the print was the fifty second of 500 that were printed. Prints without such markings tend to be the mass produced decorator variety that have very modest values.
Based on the images it's my opinion this one is one of the mass produced examples produced for the Decorator market, which often sell at auction in a good frame for less than $50.00
