Long Description
I have a drop leaf coffee/dining table it looks to be Walnut but I'm not 100% sure. There is no brand or manufacturer on it anywhere that I can find. It has brass castors and hardware. The legs fold out and it lowers down to a coffee table and it is a drop leaf. It seems to be very well built solid and sturdy. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I was told that it is mid 1950s and that it may be valuable.Â

Re: Convertible drop leaf dining/coffee table
Based on the images it does appear to be post World War Two (1945). They were designed for use in small apartments, converting to hall, coffee or sofa tables when not used as dining tables. Demand for them currently is weak, unless they are by a noted designer, in which case they were generally well marked. At auction comparables often sell for under $150.00 theses days.
