This sheet music contains all pages (not just the cover) and has not been folded, bent, etc except at the factory fold --- which is intact and not "broken". The very tip of the upper right corner of the front page is torn off but it is otherwise completely intact. The paper is sort of a manila color, and it appears to me that the paper was originally manila (not white) because it is uniform. It has 2 large musical notes on the front cover, and a sketch of Annie's face peeks up from one. A sketch of her dog peeks up from the second. "With the compliments of OVALTINE and radio's Orphan Annie" is printed on the front rather large. The copyright says "All rights reserved 1931 by the Wander company. Public or radio performance prohibited except by permission of copyright owners. This copy not to be sold." (Leads me to think perhaps this was a promotional give-away???) The music itself has the appearance of hand-written music --- not typeset as printed music typically appears --- though this is clearly printed. The first verse is embedded in the music, with the 2nd and 3rd verses written in text on the back page.

Long Description
History
This was given to me about 30 yrs ago by a friend of my mother's. She did not play the piano (I do) and thought I might "get a kick out of it". I had it in my piano bench for years and finally packed it away in a box with other sheet music.
