Long Description
This dagger is from the ancient town of Iznik is Turkey. It is a beautiful town, high in the mountains on the shore of a lake. In Roman and Byzantine times, it was an important place because Emperors often spent the summer months there, where it was cooler. The old Byzantine walls are still mostly intacts around the town, and some of the towers are still standing. An ancient Roman amphitheater is still intact, and some Orthodox chruches from 4 and 5 hundred years ago and now museums

Re: dagger from the ancient town of Iznik
little confused here. what are you seeking for info? what its worth? or a buyer?
If you want info on the knife, more close up photos would be nice, close up of rings, where they come together. If a buyer you need. how much to you want?
Re: dagger from the ancient town of Iznik
I'm looking for info on the knife, mostly what it's worth! I'll upload more pictures.
