Collectible Jim Beam Decanters have seen their day come and go, peaking in collectability in the 1980's, diving in value since then. Most today sell at auction for under $35.00. If it's still full it's certainly worth drinking, as it's now 33 year old Bourbon and probably very smooth ;~).
