The item is an antique dresser that is probably 120-150 years old. I believe it was custom built for either my great or great-great grandmother, both of whom lived in Danville,VA.  I'm not sure how to list the condition. The photos should hopefully provide some insight. It's very old so naturally there are some chips and small stain marks in a few places as seen on the pics. There is a bump in the wood on the right top. There are slots on both sides of the riser which held small blocks of wood carved as 'ornaments' for lack of a better word, if memory from 30+ years ago. These are no longer present. But everything works in terms of the drawers fitting properly and all the original knobs are present.  From the info I've been able to obtain, the dresser was custom built for my great-great grandmother and was passed on to each successive oldest female offspring ever since. Â
