Features a Relief Tavern Scene and German Phrases on the Sides! Behind the Handle and on the base is the Form Number "38"! The Base is Deeply Recessed and Marked "D.R.G.M. 154927", "Germany", and "Gesetzlich - Geschutzt"! This Stien was Manufactured by the Famous High Quality Stein Maker Adolf Diesinger and is Approx. 11" High to the Tip of the lid. There are a couple of small chips on the base, not that noticeable and the pewter top ring around the handle that secures the lid is not snug but a little loose. Otherwise it's in perfect condition. It is also marked 1/2 L on the top of the mug by the handle.
