1920's japanese tea set by Moriyama of Mori-machi in Shizuoka i think

This antique porcelain set contans  hand painted pieces: 5 cups, 6 saucers, 5 plates, one lage plate , one teapot and one sugar bowl( with lids). They were made in Japan in the 1920's by Moriyama of Mori-machi in Shizuoka i think  Of special interest are the golden dragons and the raised texture dots on the handles of everything in the set. th cupshave geisha lithopanes but on the bottom of every thing else it says ritz china The sugar bowl are both 6" high and 7" wide at the widest part. The large plates are 7 3/8" across. The saucers are 5 3/8" across an. The cups are 3 1/2" across and 2" high.
