I recently attended a benefit garage sale and to my surprised there was a print there that had hung in my office for years. I had even asked if I could purchase the print, but was told that it was very expensive. I purchased it for $20.00 at the sale. Here are the details,24X30, Windsor Art Product IBM# G 7292 0 217 2, Woodland Reflection, Windberg 1971 on print,Illinois Moulding Co. I am taking it back to work with me tomorrow, since I know the origin of this print, I would feel like I was stealing this piece. Because I am returning this piece for consideration of sale to me by my employer, I have not opened it to check for actual signature.
Re: I am seeking info on a print I purchased.
Based on the markings this is a mass produced print and worth about what these sell for at auction. The company produced thousands of these as Decorator prints sold in department stores.
