When the barber shop where my husband and each of our 5 sons had their very first haircuts was going out of business my husband decided to purchase the barber's chair. Since then it has been in our cabana by our swimming pool but now I want to have it restored for my husband's home ofc.?

It would depend on what model you have, for upholstery any upholsterer should be able complete new covers in leather or leatherette. The metal work is generally a mix of chrome and enamel which are more difficult to deal with. Replating is very expensive.
