"4." painted in enamel on the bottom of stopper and bottom of decanter in the (rough) pontil mark. There is a little wear on the enamel decoration in parts and some small scratches on the bottom.

Long Description
Wondering if anyone can help identify the general era and origin of this decanter. It's hand blown, slightly irregular with some bubbles, a rough pontil, decorated with red enamel grapes and white detail, and marked in enamel on the bottom and on the stopper with "4.".Thank you!
