Need a good opinion.

I just found this website two days ago, due to the fact I found an old piece of furniture in a dumpster. I have no idea what it is worth but imagine that, I have a "friend" that will pay me $800.00 for the thing. I had no intentions of getting rid of it but now I wonder if it may be worth more if she is so eager to take it "off my hands". Any adivce would be appreciated.
