came with hiouse....owner said it was here when he moved in so were assuming 60s

this was taken down in diining room...i think it is wirth something,electrician who installed ne lights was very interested in it...it has the sticker...stiacks ays union made brotherhood of rlrctricians and pat number

Based on your images it is fairly modern, I doubt it predates World War Two. Most like this sell for under $300.00 at auction. Unlike a lot of European examples this one is a mass produced factory made piece.
