found at a dump don't know how long ago, but it was way back

I don't think this is a valuable item because the chain is only gold plate(?) but I really would like to find out what the "s" in heart mark means, maybe who made it, and what period/age it is. Pictures are attached...

Approx. how many carats is the Onyx?  Size in mm?  Any tooling marks, fractures, etc.?  You certain its Onyx and not Obsidian or Tourmaline?
