Collectors plates are one of those things that were " Ready Made" collectibles, sold with the implication that they would become rare and increase in value. Sadly that has not been the case as they were produced in such huge numbers values are pretty stagnant for them even 30 years after their issue dates. We currently see them listed for less than $10.00 each, and often failing to sell at auction.
