FIX THE SPAM FILTER

I can hardly post anything with any real info. It blocks and asks for a captcha EVERY time I post anything at all, even a few words.
Completely blocks me from posting the reply that I spent time researching/typing if I add a link.
I am logged in btw.
OK guys, it even blocked this post..........I have to type a code now...........
help////// :(

Hello,
You should contact support directly by using the "Contact Us" link under the Help tab above. How are you searching for your item? All you need to do is to simply type in a few words that are contained in your item's title into the search box and if it's in the system then it will come up.
As long as you can log into your account and your account is where the appraisal was submitted from you can also click on the "My account" link on the left and then click on the "Track" tab. This will show all of the messages, appraisals, etc. that you've done on the system under that account.

Hi KathyB!
It does the same for me if I put in a link or a smiley face or something like that.
I find it especially does not like special characters used in HTML coding like the "greater than sign" some words then "the less than sign"
I get tagged every time then to do the Capcha entry.
Have you tried a posting without any special characters or links in it? Just wondering if you see the same pattern.

It doesn't matter what I type. Even this will ask for the captcha. If I type a web link it blocks the post completely.

HI,
Who do we ask about the website? I can't search for my listing by the search button. Plus I was jharring with the teddy bear. The website won't take my name and password or email me an update. So I opened a new name and lost my appraisal points. Not that I know what to do with the points, but something is messed up with this website.
