Bought at yard sale-owner had passed away-no history known

Long Description and Pictures (jpg, gif, png)

Pordcelain, very Detailed, Man standing playing violin, woman sitting playing baby grand piano, trimmed in gold, hand written inside base housing, Fendi F662, Made in Italy, no bad places at all, excellent condition, woman dressed in victorian ball gown and man dressed in ballroom garb, don't know what you call them. Woman has brown hair and man has white, all of this is trimmed in gold.

Sorry to rain on the parade, but this lamp is quite modern. Country of origin marks such as " made In Italy'  were not in use until the 1920's. Figural lamps of this type tend to date after world war two, though they were made from the 1920's onward. Values for them though tend to be a bit of a puzzle , or a matter of taste ;~) We have seen similar lamps sell for over $400.00 at auction, then later in the same year an identical lamp will go for $150.00......
