art deco chair

Hi,i need help with this chair...I was yesterday in an antique shop that carried most war items,botlles,signs and a few old cars.It looked more like a big garage full of rusty stuff and in one corner i saw this chair that got my attention.I don`t think it was fore sale,it looked like it was in use because it was in front of a desk and it had a towel on it.
The chair is very art deco style ,I love the shape and simple lines,it needs to be refinished and it had this small metal plaque on the left arm rest with the name J.W.Buresh.
Can anyone tell me anything about this chair?
Also I found this Sunbeam T1 toaster in great shape for 65$,is it a good price?
