Appraisal and Contact Form Issues Fixed

Hello,

We were having some problems with appraisal requests not properly being submitted which have now been fixed. We apologize for the problems, and as always, whenever you encounter any issues or need any help you are welcome to contact us.

Also, we had some issues where some form submissions (e.g. trying to send an e-mail to another member) would result in a white screen appearing and the e-mail not sent. This has also now been corrected.

All systems should be working nominally.
