Medium - What is the item made out of (e.g. "silver")?: 
I believe this is a print that has also had some paintg done to it with a handmade frame.
Distinguishing marks or signature (e.g. artist's name, silver hallmark): 
The picture says something in German, but it is hard to decipher(DRUCK VERLAG EIGENTHUM V ED GUNT MAT FRANKFURT M) which may not be exact.The frame I believe to be handmade and used ti have gold around the part nearest the picture.

It was found in the attic of an old post office/house where the 80 yr old postmaster lived and never knew it was there.
