These " Puzzle Ball" sets date anywhere from the late 19th Century to early last week ;~), but the more modern examples are not nearly as well carved. Yours is an older set of a type generally made prior to about 1920. Values for them depend a great deal on the quality of the carving, yours is one of the better quality variety which even at auction often sell for over $500.00 if the come with their original case/board.
