Long Description
These pieces have no chips or cracks and look brand new. They are beautiful. I don't know what happened to the rest of the set. My mother had quite an extensive collection of teacups/saucers and depression glass of all styles.
History
Found in attic when mother recently passed away. She was 97. I believe she obtained the entire set when she worked at Woolsworth in 1929, but not positive

Re: moriage style china
This is what's called "Dragonware", there was ton's of this made from the 1930's through 50's, most of it brought back by Servicemen coming back from Japan after World war Two and Korea.
Values for it are modest, whole sets of it sell for under $250.00.

Re: moriage style china
Hi, is it pre-war then when the bottom just says "LUCKY"?
Thanks,

Re: moriage style china
Not necessarily, paper or foil labels were often used on these pieces. A great deal of it is post war.

Re: moriage style china
I have the entire set. The sugar dish with lid was stolen from my set. Would you be willing to sell just those two pieces and if so, how much? You can contact me by email: [email protected]
