Based on what I can see this is not a 18th Century piece, it's highly unlikely it predates the 1920's.  It is what's often referred to as a "Capodimonte" style lamp, after a porcelain maker in Italy known for producing highly ornate vases, urns and figurines. Most of these lamps were made just prior to World War Two, with productione resuming after the war. Values for them tend to be mainly pased on the quality of the decoration and condition, as they are prone to breakage. At auction comparable pieces often sell for less than $100.00.
