I received this set when my grandmother passed away. She had this for as long as I can remember. I thought many years ago I had seen a name underneath which returned to a Dayton man who made Catholic furniture in the early 1900's. I loaned the set to my sister and when I got it back I could no longer find the name. I reupholstered the chairs over ten years ago. I believe I left the original fabric underneath but I am not sure.

The table is a dark brown color. It is circle and did come with one leaf to make it larger and oval. It has four chairs that are low backed and have arms. The back has several posts approxiamately 10. Here is a picture of the chairs. I apologize about the immaturity of my picture but it is all I have. I was about to sell the set for $125 until I found the Walter of Wabash stamp. The table is definitely wood. The chairs are heavy and durable. Each chair is stamped one was stamped 1092. (I beleive) What is it worth and can you tell me the history of it? thank you

Oak dining table and 4 chairs. Metal plate on table base, under removable table top reads, "FH Marshall & Co Ltd". Serial# 132384, Mfg in Scotland. The oak leafs slide in and out. The chairs had been recovered by the previous owner. One chair had been repaired at the top. I'm thinking about giving this item to charity, but wanted to first check it's possible value. However, I would sell it if someone is interested. Thank you.

Ornate Asian table. Seems to have black lacquer over bamboo or some other type of wood. Has three ceramic-type disks on top. The ceramic disks are mozaic and the images are engraved into the disks (fish scales are engraved, for example) The disks are not painted, but are made up of bunch of different materials to make the images. The pink flower design is recessed into the wood and has a paperlike texture. All other designs in the wood are recessed as well (edging, vines).
