Long Description and Pictures (jpg, gif, png):

I believe the artist is Li Zhong Xing (if the translation I received is correct). There are also two separate entries at the bottom of the picture. From what I'm told, the first reads "Turtle back painting", while the second reads "We were richer than you before". I'm trying to find out what (if anything) I can about the print, the artist and the print's value. I appreciate any help you can provide! If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll try to answer if i can.

Distinguishing marks or signature (e.g. artist's name, silver hallmark):
Artists name, roman numerals, flower name, watermark
Condition:

History:
This belonged to my grandmother
Long Description and Pictures (jpg, gif, png):

My Grandmother and her family lived in Kingston, NY many years ago where these prints were framed at Lipgar Studios at 268 Fair st.

When my grandmother passed, I picked two pictures for myself. I admire them a lot. As of late I have wanted to know more about them.

They are PJ Redout Merlout litho's. Each have a water mark on them, but I can not make out what they say.

On the back it reads in typed print by the framing studio studio "Pierre Joseph Redoute is regarded as the greatest of all painters of flowers. His prints are considered the loveliest and finest flowers ever made and the Redoute Roses created between 1818-1835 are among his best works. Empress Josephine Bonaparte appointed him painter to the Court. His flowers possess exquisite detail and are naturally perfect and lifelike that they all but emerge from the print. To commemorate the recent visit to France of King George and Queen Elizabeth of England, several folios of these prints were made and one was presented to them. This print is from one of the folios made at that time. Plate 7. Rosa Gallica (purpuro- violacea magna)- Rosier eveque. "
And the other one reads same but for this: Plate XI Rosa Gallica Versicolor.- Rosier de France a fleurs panachees.

Is there anything you can tell me about these?
