These plates were used as decoration in a restaurant we bought.

Hand painted 10 piece set of 9 plates and 1 platter. All are decorated with a fish, some floral designs near the edges, and gold trim on the edges. 3 different types of fish are used, with one type repeated on 3 plates. The back of each plate is signed with F.4. and the number 95, 103, or 122. If anyone has any information about who the artist is, it would be appreciated. The condition is great except some of the gold trim has worn off.

Bought it at a tag sale, just told that it was very old. I have found other items that seem to be similar dated to the early part of the 20th Century
Long Description and Pictures (jpg, gif, png): 

Porcelain antique child's plate and bowl set with no chips, cracks or crazing. The center of the pieces is a semi-matte cream color glaze, with a rim decorated with a band of semi-matte mauve glaze. The stylized bird decoration on both pieces shows no wear. The bowl is 6" in diameter, and has additional tiny green and black glaze hand painted strokes to indicate grass (shows no wear). The plate is 7" in diameter. The bottoms of the set are stamped "GERMANY" in orange and signed with the intials "H.G."

Given as a wedding gift in 1971
Long Description and Pictures (jpg, gif, png): 

Mini demitasse set, given as a wedding gift in 1971. Colour is cobalt blue with various size flower heads in gold trim and has a border of gold trim around top of each piece. Center of saucers is unpainted, but has a circle of gold trim around the white center. Each flower has a dab of white in the center. Set has demitasse pot, creamer and sugar bowl with cover, Remainder of set is six cups and saucers. Cups all have gold handles, as does the creamer and demitasse pot. Spout and covers on pot and creamer are white. Entire set is hand painted. The bottom of pieces are stamped with: FINE CHINA, 10/22, LICHTE, Made in Germany, Riga, EAST.

This is my boyfriends mother's set. She is looking to sell some of her items but I have no idea what this is called and would like to know what this is called and the value if any. It has no marks that I can find. It looks to be hand painted. I appreciate any information you can give me.
