blue with white speckles on base. rooster or chicken top has some crackling on it, but, no chips or cracks or repair marks.
I thought it might be a cookie jar?

NO marks as to who made it or any dates. I bought it at an auction of an elderly couples belongings. I would guess it to be at least 30 years old.
