On the mantel in our family owned funeral home business.

This was purchased at "Gable's Department Store" established in 1880. The building this was placed in was built in 1888. This piece has been in the famiy for almost 100 years. I am looking for someone to give an opinion as to how old this really is? I've never seen anything like it. The flowers are illuminated by small bulbs when this is plugged in. It reads "Bologna, Italy" and "Salve" has been painted within a banner on the design.

This antique table lamp fixture has been sitting on the mantle of our family owned funeral home business for as long as anyone - including my grandparents can remember...We are looking for information on it to see what it is worth and possibly what artist made it. The only identifying marks on it are located on the bottom and they read "Bologna, Italy" and there is something that looks like a crest painted on it and below it in a banner it reads, "Salve."

This set of gold color trimmed dishes with crimped marks below the pattern include the large tea pot with top, the cream and sugar set with sugar bowl top, a large platter and two serving dishes, eight dinner plates, eight bread or dessert plates, 8 saucers, and 7 coffee/tea cups.
