Long Description:

Dark wood hall tree with mirror, four double hooks, and a seat with storage underneath. There is no bottom to the storage part, a one of the arms needs to be reattached, and there are some scratches. Otherwise, it is in good condition.

The only markings on it are "8No.134" on the back toward the bottom.

We no longer have room for this lovely hall tree, but would like to find out how much it is worth before selling it.

Long Description:

Settee of what seems to be roccoco or Louis XV. Carved and gilt with double oval back. My guess is around 1880-1900. Frame is all original in good condition of some type of hard wood. It is carved in some type of rope and floral fashion with what appears to be horns of plenty. Set on 6 Legs. Finish appears to be original may be Blanc de Plomb with gilting on all raised areas. Renovated on 7/11/58 by Assael Upholstery of Bronx, NY. Uphostery is mauve floral with some fading but in good condition with no rips or tears. Cushion has inner case which is down filled and may be original. Oval back cushions are 18 in h by 16 wide and tufted in 16 places per cushion.

This is a hand carved high chair with unicorns carved into the back of the high chair. It has a tray that secures with a latch under the tray. The tray swings back over the back of the high chair to form a toddler chair, so one can pull it to the table and have a toddler sit in it at a table. The chair has a foot rest. It has been used. This high chair is quite unusual,as I have never seen one like it in all my years.
