Medium - What is the item made out of (e.g. "silver")?:
Dark wood, non magnetic and heavy tarnished metal pieces and small magnetic gold colored studs and nails
Distinguishing marks or signature (e.g. artist's name, silver hallmark):
Rider is carrying a long rod/stick with V shaped object on the end, that appears to have a small round object on the end of it. Maybe the first letter of the maker's name?

10 inches tall, six inches wide
Weight:
between 2 - 2 1/2lbs. uncertain?
History:
I have no history on this item and I found it at a local second hand store that operates on community donations.
Long Description and Pictures (jpg, gif, png):
Embellishments appear on both sides of the bottle. There is no distinction on what is the front or back side.
Rider(appears to be male) on horseback is wearing long cape and is carrying a long rod/stick with V shaped object on the end of it. Not jousting..does however appear to be in front of a castle or some tall structure. Man's face with large prominent facial features(ears, nose,eyes) wearing ruffled collared shirt. There are very unique shaped pieces along the sides of the bottle with arrow shaped ends where ones feet would be placed if standing up. The other pieces seem to resemble windows with small diamond shapes and sun beams?? These embellishments appear to have be made in small molds. Very thin , flat and gold colored bands of non metallic metal are across/down the front and along the sides of the canteen. TOP is missing...bottle is hollow.

This is one of several medical items my great grandmother had. There is also an "Elmo ear vibrator" with a glass plunger and rubber stopper that you were apparently meant to use with the contents of the bottle.

This bottle was purchased somewhere in or near Luxembourg in the 1960's.
The glass is quite irregular. The metal seems to be some sort of tin or maybe silver. The metal details appear to be soldered on. It has been dry for at least forty years and smells of nothing. I have never washed it or applied any chemicals to polish it. It was a wedding gift from an uncle to my parents. It has no visible stamps or marks.

sharp broken pontil to base

Here is a cobalt blue bottle I have had for many years got it at a old flea market in Scotland.The glass is some what distorted and bubbled and the base has a very sharp pontil .Tried much research but to no avail thanks annmac for any help.

it says Baker's Best on three sides of , then a symbol with the letter J in it, then the number 2the bottle, on the bottom is 128
