I have an old decorative hanging wooden plate that I'm curious about. It is 7" in diameter and is adorned with a picture of a lipezzaner horse and its rider which looks to be dressed in clothing from probably the late 19th century. Underneath the picture is a banner that reads "Wien - Sp. Reitschule." From the research I've done, Wien Sp. Reitschule is the Spanish Riding School in Vienna. I've been looking all over the place but I can't find anything related to this plate in specific. However, I have come across several painted pictures and porcelain figurines with the same motif. The figurines seem to be valued at several hundred dollar or more, so considering the rarity of this piece (seeing as how I can't find a single thing about it online, not even a picture in an article somewhere), I'm hoping this will be up there somewhere in that range as well. Any information anyone can give me (year produced, value, etc...) would be greatly appreciated. Â Â Thank YouÂ
