Nichols and Stone Maple Deacon's Bench

Nichols and Stone Maple Deacon's Bench appraisal

Maple Deacon's bench made by Nichols and Stone of Gardner, MA. Not sure of the year or era it was made but the code 119-020 is written on the tag underneath the bench. It is in fairly good condition with a few scratches but overall looks age appropriate.

It's a 20th Century reproduction based on original "Arrowback" settee's made in the 1820's-30's, in good shape they sell for under $250.00. Most postdate the 1950's and were made right through the 1980's
