with the carriage being 4 inches across and 3 inches deep?
This goose egg is ecru with silver adornments. The egg sit on what appears to be a brocade base/cushion which is mounted on a four-wheeled silver-tone frame. The wheels actually turn smoothly. Jeweled outlined doors on both sides of the carriage open. On oneside there are two doors, each with a heart shaped/jeweled cut out window. Those doors open to reveal a bride and groom sitting inside. The other single door on the opposite side opens to an oval picture frame.
There appears to be a faux pearl and some crystals on top. The doors each appear to be edged with crystal type gems. Not sure if those are real.
It is in its original box and has the Kingspoint Designs tag still attached. It says limited edition 35000, 676 with some lettering after that I cannot make out.
The music box plays Mendehlsonn's Wedding March, clearly and in tune.
The piece measures approximately 5-1/4" long x 3-1/2" wide x 6-1/4" high.
Â
I'd like to know it's approximate value and how I could get a detailed description about the materials used in the piece.
Â
I see no missing gems or stitches. no scrapes or frays. The doors close fully on each side of the egg.
