Very difficult to judge by the single picture, but this appears to be a sterling silver hinged bracelet produced by Fratelli Peruzzi (not Petruzzi) in Florence, Italy between 1900 and 1909. Â If that's what it is, the marking next to the name should read "STERLING" and it would be worth about $200 intact.
