Re: couch with origanl wood and all
Both of these problems are entirely fixable. A pro can put a tiny bit of putty in the nick, and retain this to match the rest. As for the zippers, you must not be a seamstress, and that's cool too- just take the covers, insides and all (because you need to get them back filled so you know it's dobe right and they will fit still) to your local dry cleaners. They will fix it for a reasonable fee. Personally, I would get the appropriate vintage zippers (if an option) and take those with the cushions, otherwise they will put shiny new ones that will diminish the selling value. You can spruce up the fabric condition with a spot remover sprayer and a cloth :)
Unless the person who made that couch is famous for his furniture, your piece looks like it's pretty standard and in the $80-$120 price range, depending on how you sell it. Etsy might be a good place for it, etsy is all about completing collections :)
Antique consignment shops may be willing to take it. I love the piece, however many would disagree with me still- I think in ten years this couch will be more sought after (but is it worth storing in your house, probably not).
