Long Description
Carnelian stone etched on both sides. Letters/numbers inverted. It has the initials M and D on both sides. One side says (in French) "Two hearts entwined forever" with two hearts joined together with etched chain and the date 1816 (all inverted). The other side has initials M and D with the palm of a hand and what looks like two dragon heads with a crown above the two heads. It also has the inverted year of 1816. Sterling silver and it will turn.
History
The museum had it tagged as a witch's love charm.
