The chair swivels and it is solid wood possibly Oak. Â It has a stamped leather inlay in the seat which is a fleur de lis. Â No stamps on the bottom. Â
It could be mahogany, there is a mahogany Restor & Finish product that might be enough to bring it back to life, top with a tung oil, it will soften the leather and preserve the wood. Don't shellac it, it yellows the wood and cracks. A mahogany stain could also work.
